- The tape color is not recognized. I get the error message "Tape color not recognized" when I install a tape cassette in the printer.
- I get an error message while trying to print: "Communication Error Cannot Communicate with the Device". (iPrint&Label)
- I get an error when connecting Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm) or Access (.accdb) database files in P-touch Editor 5.4.017 or later (Windows)
- I cannot print using a HSe cassette.
