1. This eGift promotion is valid from May 30, 2022, to August 30, 2022.
2. This eGift promotion is intended for end users who would want to purchase of any models from following participating Brother sewing machines and embroidery machines nationwide:

3. To qualify for the eGift voucher promotion, sewing machines purchases must be made through our authorized sewing machines dealer offline (in-store) or online stores like Lazada, Shopee or other e-commerce platform mentioned above in section VI list of participating dealers.
4. To claim for the eGift, customers must fill out the Google form provided in the link below and submit a clear copy of the following supporting documents as follows:

   Promo Sewing Machines Form | Brother Philippines

   1. Proof of purchase (e.g., Delivery details, transaction details)
      • Photocopy or screenshot of Official receipt or Delivery receipts (Date of Purchase with Total amount must visibly show)
        
        
   2. Filled out warranty card (customer copy) found inside the sewing machine.
   3. Copy of Any government issued valid ID (photocopy or screenshot).
   4. Actual product photo (if possible, taken upon delivery of the item).

5. Customer will receive an email notification indicating that the form has been received and will be validated by the Brother promo team.
6. After validation, the Brother promo team will start to facilitate the releasing of the eGift via the email address and mobile number that the customer provided upon registration.
7. This promotion will run from May 30, 2022 to August 30, 2022 only. Claiming of eGift voucher is until October 30, 2022 (60days after promo duration).
8. This eGift promotion is intended for end users who purchased the participating models stated above based on the respective Suggested Retail Price (SRP), and not for resellers, dealers, or related parties of Brother International Philippines Corporation.
9. Additional discounts purchased for Corporate and/or Government are not valid for this promotion.
10. Purchases that are not made through the Brother Authorized partners indicated above does not qualify for this promotion.
11. Customers may purchase a maximum of three (3) machines per day during the promo period that will be based on a per invoice / official receipt transaction (Maximum of 3 machines purchased per day, per invoice).
12. This promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with other existing promotions or discounts
13. eGifts left unclaimed after the registration period will be forfeited in favor of Brother International Philippines Corp. with the approval of DTI.
14. Brother International Philippines Corporation reserves the right to dishonor and nullify fraudulent claims.
15. In case of dispute, the decision of Brother International Philippines Corporation with concurrence of DTI, shall prevail.
